Privacy policy.
This notice was last updated on 11 October 2026.
This notice explains what personal information NGC Institute collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
Who we are
NGC Institute is a coaching institute at 75 Shakti Vihar, 2nd Floor, Opp. Rashmi Apartments, Pitampura, New Delhi 110034. We decide how the information described here is used, which makes us the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Call or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98111 07762 for anything in this notice.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the enquiry form. There is no account system on this website, and we do not ask for addresses, dates of birth, marks, or payment details here.
- First name, and last name if you provide one
- A 10-digit Indian mobile number
- The class you are enquiring about
- The date and time you submitted, and confirmation that you accepted this notice
Why we collect it
We use it only to respond to your enquiry about admissions, batches, and fees.
When you submit the form, a member of our team contacts you directly, by phone or on WhatsApp.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other coaching institutes, advertisers, or data brokers.
Information about children
Our students are schoolchildren, so enquiries usually concern someone under 18. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, requires a parent or guardian's consent before a child's personal information is processed.
For that reason, the enquiry form asks you to confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student, or that you are 18 or older and enquiring for yourself. Please do not submit the form on behalf of a child if you are not their parent or guardian.
We do not use children's information for behavioural tracking or targeted advertising, and we will not do so.
Where your information is stored
Enquiries are stored in Sanity, a content management service we use to run this website. Access is restricted to authorised NGC Institute staff.
So that our admissions team can call you back, each enquiry is emailed to our admissions inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. The email contains your name, class, and mobile number.
To keep the form free of spam, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser and connection, including your IP address, to tell people from automated programs.
To stop repeated or automated submissions, your mobile number and IP address are held by Upstash, a data service we use for this limit, for up to 24 hours, and then removed automatically.
The website itself runs on servers provided by DigitalOcean. Like any web host, they keep short-lived technical logs, which include IP addresses.
These services may process and store information on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from the date you submit, then delete them. If you enrol, your records move into our student records, which are governed separately.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time, and we will.
Website analytics
We may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website: which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, and where they click. Clarity records these interactions without the text you type into forms. It is not linked to your enquiry, your name, or your mobile number, and we do not use it for advertising.
If we later add advertising tools such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads, we will ask for your permission first and update this notice before switching them on.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. It remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme in your own browser's storage, which never leaves your device.
If Microsoft Clarity is switched on, it sets its own cookies to measure visits, as described above.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, which stops any further contact
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf
How to contact us
Call or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98111 07762 and tell us what you would like us to do. We aim to respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this notice
