Your child's teacher. Specialists in Social Science.
One system, from the first chapter to the exam hall.
You always know where your child stands.
Your child takes a test every week, and the results come to you. A weak chapter shows up while there's still time to fix it, not in the exam hall.
Notes that have already produced perfect scores.
NGC's own study material is written by our teachers for the CBSE syllabus and comes with every course. Our two perfect 100s in 2026 revised from these notes.
The board paper feels familiar before they sit it.
A full test series runs in the four to six weeks before the board exams, under exam conditions, so timing and nerves are practised before the real day.
Nothing missed stays missed.
If your child misses a class or wants a topic explained again, we arrange a backup class. We are there for our students at all times, not only in class hours.
Questions about Social Science, Class IX & X.
Which books does Class IX Social Science follow?
Class IX Social Science follows four current NCERT books: India and the Contemporary World I for history, Contemporary India I for geography, Democratic Politics I for political science, and the Economics book for economics. Every chapter is listed above. When NCERT releases the new Class IX books, we'll update this page.
Social Science has so much to learn. How do students manage it?
Students manage it by not leaving it to the end. A test every week keeps each chapter fresh, so revision before the boards is revision, not learning the book for the first time.
What if my child misses a class or doesn't understand a topic?
We arrange a backup class whenever your child needs one, so a missed or difficult topic is covered again before it becomes a gap.
What are the fees?
Fees depend on the subjects your child takes, and they include NGC's study material and the weekly tests. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 98111 07762 for the current fees.
A batch around school. Arranged for each student.
We set each student's timing around their school day. Call or WhatsApp us, and we'll suggest a time that works.
